Account Administrator

As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the finance and operations teams. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and implementing compliance programs to safeguard our business and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Process transactions, update account information, and handle client inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment processing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, compliance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with compliance software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the finance and operations teams. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, conducting audits, and implementing compliance programs to safeguard our business and clients.

Compliance Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to industry
regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular client review and risk assessments to identify and address compliance issues.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and advise management on necessary actions.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on account activities and compliance and risk
assessment reviews.
- Document and escalate any compliance violations or irregularities to senior management.
- Ensure all records are stored securely and are accessible for audits.

Client Support:
- Serve as the primary contact for compliance-related inquiries from clients and internal teams and
regulatory bodies.
- Educate clients and staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
